Inside the watch.

The face keeps device time, with an optional Zurich setting. English thoughts come from reviewed public facts with source links. A real, compact transformer has been trained and tested locally; generation stays gated while its held-out language quality falls below the release thresholds.

Nothing is sent to a cloud chat service. The model and browser runtime are downloaded only for a released checkpoint, when the watch is used.
